Return, Refund & Exchange Policy 

At esart.pk, we make sure you receive exactly what you see online. If anything goes wrong, we’re here to help with a smooth return, refund, or exchange process.

7-Day Return Window

You can request a Return, Refund, or Exchange within 7 days if:

  • The product is damaged,

  • The product is defective / not working,

  • The product is not as shown online (wrong design, wrong size, wrong color, or mismatch from display photos).

Change of mind is not applicable.

How to Request a Return / Refund / Exchange

  1. Contact us on WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Share clear photos or videos of the issue (damage, defect, or mismatch).

  3. Our support team will verify the case.

Exchange Process

If the issue qualifies for exchange:

  • Our courier rider will deliver the new item and collect the faulty/incorrect one at the same time.

Refund Process

Refund is offered only when:

  • Replacement/exchange is not possible,

  • Or the product is eligible for a return.

Refund will be sent through your preferred method:
Bank Transfer / Easypaisa / JazzCash

Refund is issued after verification and return pickup.

Important Notes

  • Product must be returned with original packaging and accessories.

  • esart.pk reserves the right to approve or decline a request based on evidence.

  • Requests made after 7 days are not accepted.
