Damages

Esart is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Be sure to save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to incorrect address information provided by the customer, you may be responsible for additional shipping charges to have the package reshipped.

Elible Returnigs:

We accept returns only in the following situations:

Damaged or Broken Items: If the item you received is damaged, broken, or defective, we’ll gladly accept a return.

Incorrect Items: If we mistakenly sent you the wrong item, we’ll accept a return or send you the correct product.

Return Process:

Provide Evidence: For broken or defective items, please provide photos of the damage or defect. For incorrect items, we’ll ask for a picture of the product you received.

Return Shipping: If the item is defective or we made a mistake in fulfilling your order, we’ll cover the return shipping costs. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
